This Privacy Policy explains how data may be processed while you install, access, or play Poseidon's Trident Jackpot (the "Game").

Apple processes payment credentials. Credit card or bank account details are not directly received or stored by the Game.

Tracking choices can be changed at any time through the privacy settings on your Apple device.

6. Retention and Security

Data is kept only while it remains reasonably necessary for game operations, security, support, analytics, or legal compliance.

Appropriate technical and administrative measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. Complete security cannot be guaranteed for any electronic system.

7. Children's Information

The Game is not intended for children under 13 or users below the applicable minimum digital consent age.

Information from children is not knowingly requested or collected. Suspected collection of a child's information can be reported using the contact email below.

8. Access and Deletion

Requests to access or delete personal information may be submitted to audern@purehousesacv.com. Device permissions and tracking preferences can also be managed directly through iOS settings.

9. Revisions
